Job Summary:

Design, develop and implement SharePoint solutions focused on document management for an enterprise solution using a custom built web services, Managed Metadata Service, Claims Based Authentication etc. Integrating vendor solutions for document and records management. Create Detailed and functional design documents. Individual must have good hands on knowledge with SharePoint Object Model, C#, #, ASP.NET, Cl, Client Side Object Model, Javascript/JQuery and Apps development. Well versed in latest SharePoint 2013/2016 and Office 365.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop SharePoint applications utilizing SharePoint object model, server-side C#, #, asp.net and and client side Javascript/JQuery/Angular,CSOM, JSOM and REST API and other ECM technologies.

Develop of custom solutions/pages/web parts/event receivers/timer jobs on SharePoint platform using Visual Studio, HTML5, CSS, Javascript and JQuery.

Understand business requirements, develop POC and create detailed and functional design documents.

Act as ECM/SharePoint subject matter expert (SME)

Maintain existing ECM/SharePoint applications; provide technical support, troubleshooting, bug fixes and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree with over 8 years of overall IT experience.

Minimal 5 years of development experience in SharePoint platform (SharePoint 2007, 2010 or 2013/2016) using C#, #, Asp.net, Ja, Javascript/JQuery).

Must be hands-on in SharePoint server side and client side development. Able to provide solution design, estimate and implementation for business request/requirements.

Knowledge of SharePoint claims based authentication, managed meta data service and web services.

Knowledge of developing ShaerPoint/C#, .NET applications in Agile methodology

Able to manage and maintain custom applications that consist of SharePoint .NET and SQL Server technology and support multiple projects concurrently as required.

knowledge of SharePoint, t, ASP.NET, Mi, Microsoft Project Server, SQL Server, TSQL, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint

Demonstrate knowledge of Object Oriented Concept and development best practices.

Be proficient in designing and creating SharePoint site design, library and list structures

Possess the ability to function as IT lead

Be able to work with minimal supervision and under deadlines

Have the aptitude to prioritize and flex with pressures created by a production environment

Knowledge of SDLC and processes in the banking industry

Experience with Business Process Automation using RAD (Rapid Application Development)

Project management experience using Agile development methodology a plus

Good documentation skills

Strong technical competence in troubleshooting and problem solving  skills

Experience with SharePoint 2016/Office 365 migration, Microsoft  Project Server a plus

Knowledge/experience in Agile and SCRUM a plus

Knowledge of other ECM technologies such as CMOD, FileNet, Kofax a plus

Qualification:

Minimum Master’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline

2+ years of professional experience working in a quantitative role

Strong working experience with statistical programming languages (R / SAS) and high-level object-oriented and scripting languages (Python / Java / C#).

Very strong SQL and data manipulation skills

Experience working with vast amounts of complex data from numerous sources

Experience with machine learning algorithms, data mining techniques and big data architectures

Experience building mathematical and econometric models to make inferences from data

Experience in data visualization, presentation and building advanced data analytics dashboards, and ability to present findings clearly and compellingly verbally and in written form

High energy and the flexibility to function in a dynamic environment where priorities are ever-changing

Strong communication skills  to effectively interact with colleagues from various departments
